The Apartment has a sea view and a garden view from every window. The windows face south east and on a clear day you can see across Lyme Bay as far as Portland on one end of the horizon to Berry Head (Brixham) on the other.

The main view from the south west facing visitor's deck is over Dawlish Beach and the town, across the bay towards Babbacombe (Torquay). This deck, perched on the cliff top, is a superb vantage point from which to view the annual Air Display (including the Red Arrows) during Dawlish Carnival week in August.
